super sorry for the delay on this

1. "The simple answer is 'no'. But that answer is particularly short. I have no wife to speak of. No children, nor grandchildren. My parents have long since returned to the earth, as have my siblings. I have... always been solitary. Except, perhaps, I would consider the townsfolk of Milton as a kind of family. As solitary as I am, they were good people and I enjoyed returning to town from my journeys to be amongst them. I miss them terribly, but it brings me joy to know some of them still yet live in Silverpoint.

2. "The mind is a cruel thing, one the heart must often suffer. I see no other here with us. ... Perhaps at times I have also found myself deceived by what my mind tells my heart to see, yes. I feel that is the price we must pay, sometimes."

3. "Do you ask for my approval and acceptance? Or my distain and disgust? It is no business of mine as to what you are. You are here. You exist. And in spite of all current circumstances: isn't that an incredible thing? And incredible that I am here to witness it."
