I misunderstood the FAQ earlier so asking for clarification: cyberwear. That is, cybernetic enhancements like machine hearts, titanium skeletons, hormone injectors, etcetera, the bread and butter of the cyberpunk genre. Could characters come in with, say, a metal arm, but find it doesn't provide enhanced strength and/or endurance (powers), functioning as a regular arm? Or would they arrive without any cyberwear whatsoever, just a flesh and blood human? Player's choice?

I'm alright with anything. My understanding was that everyone's a plain old human so I brought Vincent here as such based on the FAQ regarding Transformer characters.
