Hello! We could work with this, having apped in a character who doesn't eat myself. From that experience, the character is affected by tiredness/exhaustion and could also be affected by cold damage if he wasn't careful. However, I did go for the Free Runner Feat — which meant he did have to begin eating brains to survive.

But it could be something along these lines for this character — if he can get tired and can feel pain/soreness — that's fine! We would ask to avoid the Free Runner and Efficient Machine Feats as they wouldn't be applicable to this character.
