— I'd say at this point a lot of the world has been scavenged since it's been almost two years since Interlopers came into Northern Territories. So they're not going to be as common but absolutely still something you could find! Typically, players have chosen to bring in their own firearms into the game — especially if they have a weapon from home they're fond of/always use.
— Survival items like a pocket knife/multi-tool would be counted as an item slot, due to the nature of the item. Something like a simple pocket notebook wouldn't count as an inventory slot. Other sorts of items that would count as 'what's on their person' would be things like jewellery, wrist watches, wallets, gum, money, etc.
