Obligatory muh undead question: I'm assuming undead characters will no longer have the "perks" of being undead--suffocation, no breathing, don't give a fu harder to kill, relatively immune to the elements--but would it make sense they still have the suck of it? Eg they might not be able to FEEL warm even if they are warm but you better believe they can still get frostbite, too.
