Yeah, definitely no hospital. Given it's been a year, a lot in Milton has been picked clean by now and gathered up by other Interlopers. There will some be basic first aid found in some of the cabin homes in Lakeside, along with actual med bay in the Dam in Lakeside.

In addition, Harry Goodsir runs a clinic from his home at 5 Blackrock Road! That's a good shout if Bruce is also interested in offering services (and a chance at building CR!)
