There wouldn't be anything like that at the resort, but it's possible to find supplies like that at isolated homesteads within Lakeside that belonged to former natives.

The farm would be a good shout for possible supplies, too. But it has been taken up by Tim Drake for his rabbit farm and Batcow also lives there. Tim also hoarded all the dog treats he could find too — so Vasiliy might need to negotiate for supplies if he goes there.

But regular dog food could still be found within Milton itself and in isolated cabins/homesteads in Lakeside, both canned and dry food! And even something like fencing could be taken from empty homes around Milton!
