Hello! As stated in a previous answer: "They're [characters are] simply just completely depowered of all abilities, whether that's magic/powers learned, or ones that are natural to that particular race. You look the look, but do not do the do."
In terms of Tolkien-flavour elves: keen sight and hearing is fine, but certainly nothing like 'they're taking the hobbits to isengard' levels. Essentially, they'd still be the best in terms of eyesight/hearing, but not to the point it's superhuman.
In regards to other abilities: immunity to disease is fine, but this could be overridden by game-events. Not aging/the usual ways elves die is still fine, and not needing to sleep in a conventional sense is fine too! They will remain excellent/skilled crafters, but nothing magic/seems just about magical. Just incredibly high craftsmanship. In addition, no telepathy or foresight abilities.
If you could describe their 'connection to the natural world' a little more, I could work out how that would work in game? It's possible this may be lost, but I'm a little rusty on my Tolkien.
